Tim Wintering is a current junior from Aurora, OH, majoring in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering with concentrations in Design and Propulsion, and minoring in Spanish Language. In his spare time during the semester, Tim teaches religious education at the St. Thomas Aquinas Center at Purdue, and helps out with Ayuda y Aprende, a Spanish service-learning program with Lafayette-area Spanish heritage students. Outside of Purdue, Tim is the head coach of the Chagrin Valley Rec Center swim team, where he leads a team of nearly 200 children, providing enrichment programs to enhance and bring to life their dreams of amazing summer experiences.
